I have worked with clients at various stages of their careers, from those in their first job to senior leaders and executives. I have experience supporting clients in a wide variety of careers including fashion, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, social media, marketing, consultancy and many more.  My clients also come from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.

I completed my rigorous and assessed coach training with the University of Cambridge. I have over 20 years experience within a Global blue chip company with extensive experience of interviewing and hiring staff.  I work really hard to achieve my career goals, and I understand first hand the challenges of juggling career and family life, as well as navigating office politics and overcoming imposter syndrome.  I am passionate about supporting men and women to progress their careers, whilst achieving balance and time for life outside of work.

I am a mum to two teenage boys along with a house full of pets, including cats, dogs and chickens!  Becoming a coach has been best career move I ever made, as I absolutely love my job, particularly when clients say the experience has been life changing.  I am personable and easy to get along with and I am keen to support you to achieve the outstanding results you are capable of.
